Shipping policy

Shipping time may vary based on the method selected when placing your order to cart. Most shipments are processed via UPS. Once your order is approved, it will be processed and shipped the next business day. Customer will be notified if any unforeseen delays.

Orders placed on Fridays after 5pm EST will be processed on the following Monday. All orders must be shipped to a physical address.

Payment approval is required prior to shipping, including shipping and handling charges and any applicable sales tax.

-Logging into your account and checking for delivery status.

-Following the given link for your tracking number.

 Returning an item:

Customer is responsible for shipping costs when purchased items are qualified for the refund policy. If you have received a damage item, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving it for a full refund. Crystal Hideaway will pay for shipping in this scenario. Any damaged items must have a return form filled before being shipped.
